The Firm is co-managed by Panagiotis and Kyriacos Panagos and our team consists of mainly UK qualified lawyers, legal advisors and administrative personnel, with its main offices in Nicosia but with associates in Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos districts. We represent some of the top Cypriot companies including credit institutions.

Panagiotis Panagos


Panagiotis Panagos holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Manchester University, a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Commercial Law from Cardiff University, as well as the title of Barrister-at-Law from the Inns of Court School of Law (City University London). He is also a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn. He was called to the Cyprus Bar in 2007.

Panagiotis has extensive knowledge of both in and out of Court procedures, judgment enforcement and execution and has represented clients in Civil Courts as well as at the Court of Appeal. He provides counseling and opinion writing to Cypriot, European and third country businessmen and corporations concerning insolvency procedures, commercial issues, the banking system in Cyprus, the immovable property system in Cyprus, the Rent Control Act, Contract Law and effective ways on debt collection as well as exposure minimization. He has also dealt with a large number of Family and Employment Law cases.

Panagiotis specializes in Receiverships, Company Liquidations and Bankruptcies, as well as Corporate, Contract and Banking Law. He has handled high profile multi-million euro agreements and cases and amongst other notable cases he has acted as advisor to the Liquidators of the biggest Company Liquidation in Cyprus as well as advisor and counsellor in cross-border insolvency in an action concerning claims over €200 million.

Panagiotis was a member of the Board of Directors of one of the biggest Companies in Cyprus, Larnaca Buses “Zenon” Ltd for the years 2010 and 2011, which employee more than 300 employees and co-operate with over 500 associates. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of KSIA (Cyprus Immovable Property Owners Association).

Kyriakos Panagos


Kyriakos Panagos has wide experience in litigation, arbitration and mediation. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Manchester University under scholarship by the Ministry of Education as well as the Ministry of Economics due to his excellent academic performance.

He holds the title of Barrister-at-Law from the University of Law (Bloomsbury) in London and he is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2012 and is also a qualified mediator and member of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Kyriakos holds the position of non-executive director in multi-national companies, since he possesses a range of skills and intellectual qualities that complement those of existing directors.

As an advocate Kyriakos combines a positive down-to-earth approach with sound judgment and careful legal analysis, being readily accessible at all times.

Kyriakos acts both for and against big institutions, including banks and insurance companies. He is a skilled litigator, representing clients at the District and Appellate Courts, with extensive knowledge of both in and out of Court procedures, judgment enforcement and execution. He specialises in Contract law, Insurance and Reinsurance, Bankruptcies, Company Liquidations, Banking Law, Sale of Goods and Services Law and Debt Collection.
